Possibly. The Pebble Grey project retained its black railing system, but your rails, posts, connections, and proposed board layout need their own evaluation. Identify retained and replaced items in the written scope.
What is included in a Trex resurfacing estimate?
Ask about removal and disposal, framing assessment, repairs, decking product and fasteners, stairs, fascia, and transitions at doors and posts. Concealed damage may require a revised scope after the old boards are removed.
Can a resurfacing project change the deck footprint?
